Actually, the most remote inhabited island in the world is Pitcairn Island (actually four separate islands).

I don't trust their current mayor Simon Young for an instance. Their only "naturalised" politician. Why was he so eager to move there after his first visit in the early 90's? Why was he so readily accepted into their society? This island needs to be depopulated.

They should've been imprisoned in the UK or NZ. Instead they were allowed to build a practically clandestine prison on the island where they all got off early on good behavior, later to be elected to the government of the island, their prior convictions withstanding. How can this be allowed to go on under a British territory? It should've caved the moment these convictions were solidified.
